Brenen Thompson will Transfer to Mississippi State
Brenen Thompson, a Spearman Lynx football star and former Oklahoma and Texas wide receiver is heading to Mississippi State.
The 4-star recruit, who spent two seasons at Oklahoma after initially signing with Texas, entered the transfer portal last week and then announced that is transferring within the SEC. Thompson is expected to bring his speed and experience to the Bulldogs' receiving corps.
Thompson said he is really excited about the opportunity he’s been given to play at Mississippi State under Head Coach, Coach Lebby. Coach Lebby was the Offensive Coordinator at OU Brenen’s first year at OU after transferring from UT. He is familiar with the offense and said he is excited to get to work.
