Thank you from the family of Jerry Hart

The family of Jerry Hart would like to share our most sincere gratitude for so many who have helped us in the last few weeks.

First and foremost, we want to thank the incredible and caring staff of HCHD.

Dr. Garnett, the Hospital Nurses, Hospice staff, Social Worker, and beyond, not only showed up daily with the utmost professionalism, but also as extremely caring and supportive members of the community. They not only approached their jobs with the best care and attention for Jerry, but for us as his family as well. We can never thank you all enough for handling this tough journey with such care and compassion throughout the entire process.

Hansford County is very fortunate to have these individuals representing them and caring for their citizens.

We want to thank all of our communities, friends and family members for your outpouring of support and love. Hearing stories, seeing faces of those who loved him and love us, and simply knowing you were there for us has carried us through.

One of Jerry’s passions was youth basketball, and to hear the impact across the board from the men and women whom he guided on the hardwood court, and in life itself, has ensured his legacy will continue to live on through them and through his own children and grandchildren.

Again, we thank you all for the thoughts, prayers and love.
